1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, ordering a service, or accessing LeakXHost infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

LeakXHost enforces a strict Acceptable Use Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited across all VPS, game server, and bot instances:

• Outbound denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or packet amplification.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared CPU tiers without explicit authorization.
• Port scanning, network reconnaissance, or unauthorized penetration testing.
• Hosting malware, phishing websites, spam relays, or illegal content.

3. Orders & Discord Activation

Services ordered via the LeakXHost client area require Discord verification for order fulfillment and abuse prevention. Orders marked "Awaiting Discord" are verified via ticket support in our official server prior to provisioning.

4. Service Level Agreement & Backups

We strive to maintain a 99.99% network uptime SLA. While automated snapshot systems are active, customers remain responsible for maintaining off-site backups of their critical application data and configurations.
